Designed by Otto Brauer (Danish, 1911-1984) for Holmegaard, a scarce and complete set of 5 graduating vases.   This bottle-shaped design is known as “Gulvvase”, translating from Danish as “Floor Vase” (the extra large vase can be used in this manner).  These items are in the solid white colour way, beautiful in their Modernist simplicity and would be particularly well suited to rooms decorated in classic, dark mid-century colour schemes.  All vases are in very good condition, with no chips or cracks.  Note, they are hand-blown, each vase is unique and there may be some small blemishes from the manufacturing process.
