Designed by Otto Brauer (Danish, 1911-1984) for Holmegaard, a scarce near pair of vases.   This bottle-shaped design is known as “Gulvvase”, translating from Danish as “Floor Vase” (the extra large vase can be used in this manner).  These items are in the vibrant, turquoise and light blue colour ways, beautiful in their Modernist simplicity and would be particularly well suited to rooms decorated in classic, mid-century colour schemes.  All vases are in very good condition, with no chips or cracks. Note, they are hand-blown, each vase is unique and there may be some small blemishes from the manufacturing process.
