Designed and produced by George Elliott (British, 1933-1998).  A pair of  studio glass vases in a turquoise colour. Deliberately crude in style, these items showcase hand-blowing techniques and have a chunky, lava-style appearance.  Decorated with pale spots and lines, they celebrate the imperfections that appear during the heating and cooling process.
