A scarce set of 6 carver dining chairs made from teak.  Known as “Lis” chairs, these items adopt beautiful joinery techniques with the sculpted arm rests having an attractive connection to the stretchers.  Horizontal supports to the back rests offer comfort and a more Modernist appearance, unlike high-backed chairs with vertical supports. They retain their original reddy/brown vinyl which is in fair condition, but can be reupholstered at extra cost.
