British Table and Chairs by Lucian Ercolani

Designer: Lucian Ercolani
Manufacturer: Ercol
Year of Manufacturer: 1960's

A “model 444” extending dining table with eight “model 401” chairs. The table has a rounded rectangular top in elm that sits on a telescopic beech frame with supporting sliding leg. The chairs have a steam-bent spine and frame in beech supporting a plywood moulded seat and back with elm veneer. They are commonly known as “butterfly” chairs due to their curved wing appearance. Our commitment; Ercol furniture is prone to wood splitting and joint degradation. Our Ercol products are carefully selected and do not to have these common faults.
